How long does my Warranty Cover Run?
2 Years* from the date you receive your purchase. That’s 730 days, 17,520 hours, 1,051,200 minutes or 63,072,000 seconds.
Who Pays for the Shipping?
You pay to send the product to us. If your product is found to be faulty we will repair/replace and then cover the costs of returning the product back to you.
Are there any Exclusions?
Unfortunately we have to have a couple of exclusions at this point. Any item that has been misused is not covered. For the avoidance of doubt, cutting off of connectors would count as misuse. As would altering the body of the camera, opening the internals of a camera, modifying the software of a recorder, use outside of operating limits and other similar events. Any physical damage to a product is also not covered such as dropping a camera or using an incorrect power supply along with lightening strikes/power surges.
What about Limitations?
Unfortunately, our legal team insist there are a few limitations of liability with our warranty. We are not liable for any direct or indirect incidental or consequential loss or damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill or any intangible losses, or personal injury or death resulting from the use or sale of our equipment. Unfortunately, we also are not liable for any work performed by any third party referred or recommended by us including but not limited to claims for negligent referral.
How does this affect my 60 Day Money Back Guarantee?
It doesn’t. Your 2 year warranty is totally independent of our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee.
